Tabitha Winter is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Kansas. Tabitha completed her undergraduate studies at Wichita State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She completed her Master of Science in Community Counseling at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. Tabitha has worked at the Child Advocacy Center of Sedgwick County in Wichita, KS throughout her counseling career. She currently is the Problematic Sexual Behavior Therapist, providing group and individual PSB-CBT treatment to youth and families as well as providing therapy services to victims of abuse. She completed the University of Oklahoma’s training for Youth with Problematic Sexual Behaviors Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (PSB-CBT) and has been providing treatment services to youth with problematic sexual behaviors since 2018. She has completed the Within Agency Training for PSB-CBT through University of Oklahoma’s training to continue supporting the Child Advocacy Center of Sedgwick County’s growth in offering treatment services to youth with problematic sexual behaviors. Tabitha is also trained in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
